How do I manage multiple contact lists or projects under one place using Universeye?

1. Under "My Account" click on "Start a group".

2.  Choose the security access level :

3. Under "My Account" click on "Invite people my groups" and choose the group you want to invite people to:

4. Click on the "Import" link to import contacts from your Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail or other email databases.

5. To view your groups: Under "My Account click on the "My Groups List" Link.

 

6. To view/manage/edit or access the groups and their relevant contacts:

Under "My Account" click on "List of my groups"

Click on the desired group from your Group management page.

7. Your groups are fully functioning collaborative environments where you and your contacts can:

• Share ideas.
• Post comments.
• Ask for support.
• Develop projects.
• Promote events.
• Blog.
• Network.
• And much much more...

8. To contact individuals from a group:

• Under "My Account" click on "List of my groups" and choos a group.
• In the group page simply click on "View All" and get immediate access to contact the indeviduals in your groups.

To use your groups as email contact lists:

• Under "my account" click on "Inbox".
• Click on "Compose"
• Click on "Add from groups".
• Select the group of people that you want to email from the list and click on the "Add" button.
• Write your message.
• Click the "Submit" button.

 

How to import all my contacts from my email account to Universeye.com?

• Under "My Account" click on "My Contacts".
• Click on "Contacts" on the top right.
• Click on "Import contacts from external email".
• Choose your email provider and log in.
• Choose the contacts you want to import.
• Click "Import" at the bottom.

How to start a video confrence?

• Under "My Account" click on "Live Chat" (on the left navigation bar under "my communications").
• Click "Allow" if you want to allow to stream video and audio from your computer (so other can hear and see you).
• In the Chat window, click on the room tab that you want to join (at the top).
• To see and hear people in the confrence, click on the little round camera icon next to their name (in the list of people on the top right).

How do I know if a user is online?

 

• Next to any user's profile picture there is a little man Icon: if the icon is green, the user is online.

 

How to invite a user to a video/text/audio chat?

• At a user's profile page next to their profile picture, click on the link to "Invite to chat".

What is the "users with similar interests" box in my account?

• These are Universeye.com users who share similar interests with you such as location, similar groups or similar contacts. We give you a chance to network with them but it is up to you to establish contact with them.

What is "My Network"

• Your network is a list of your friends or business contacts which you could share with people through your profile page.
